이슬림테크(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
eSlim Mobile BMC은 별도의 회원가입 절차 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 이용 과정에서 이용자의 개인정보를 회사 서버로 수집하지 않습니다.
이용자가 입력하는 장치 주소, 포트, 계정 정보는 서버 접속을 위한 용도로만 사용되며 이용자 단말기 내에만 저장됩니다.
회사는 이용자가 입력한 접속정보를 이용자가 지정한 장비에 연결하여 서버 관리 기능을 제공하는 목적으로만 사용합니다.
단말기 내에 저장된 장치 접속정보는 이용자가 해당 정보를 삭제하거나 애플리케이션을 삭제할 때까지 보관되며, 삭제 시 즉시 파기됩니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 위탁하여 처리하지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 단말기 내에 저장된 장치 접속정보를 조회·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다.
단말기 내에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 삭제하거나 애플리케이션을 제거하는 즉시 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기됩니다.
회사는 이용자의 정보를 보호하기 위하여 접근 통제, 전송 구간 암호화 등 관련 법령에서 요구하는 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 취합니다.
회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하여 책임지는 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있으며, 문의사항은 회사 고객지원 채널을 통해 접수할 수 있습니다.
본 방침은 법령·정책의 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 애플리케이션 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.
본 방침은 2026년 7월 15일부터 적용됩니다.
ESLIM TECH (the "Company") complies with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information as follows.
eSlim Mobile BMC can be used without any sign-up procedure, and does not collect users' personal information to the Company's servers during use.
The device address, port and account information entered by the user are used solely to connect to servers and are stored only on the user's device.
The Company uses the connection information entered by the user solely for the purpose of connecting to the equipment designated by the user and providing server management functions.
Device connection information stored on the device is retained until the user deletes such information or the application, and is destroyed immediately upon deletion.
The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where specifically required by law.
The Company does not outsource the processing of users' personal information to external parties.
Users may view, modify or delete the device connection information stored on their device at any time.
Information stored on the device is destroyed in an unrecoverable manner immediately when the user deletes it or removes the application.
The Company takes technical and administrative protective measures required by applicable law, such as access control and encryption of transmission channels, to protect user information.
The Company designates a data protection officer who is overall responsible for personal information processing. Inquiries may be submitted through the Company's customer support channels.
This Policy may be amended in accordance with changes in law or policy, and any amendment will be announced through notices within the application.
This Policy is effective as of 15 July 2026.
